The total stay was excellent with fantastic customer service at the heart. The breakfast was amazing and lovely - plenty of dishes. The location was marvellous, close to everything you need as a tourist, convenient to go everywhere. Also, such city attractions as Robert Dundas were only a short distance to this hotel.

The location was perfect in the garden with the toys provided. The rooms were lovely sized with a good view, the staff were amiable and very attentive. Really enjoyed our stay here and didn't want to leave.

Magnificent location in the fairly quiet area, close to the beach, pier, great orme and the main strip with all the restaurants and shops on, and the town centre and also the old tram up the Great Orme. Right next to Saint Mary's Cathedral and other tourist attractions.

It was in a prime location very close to both shores & a view or Snowdonia, the tram stop and pier, prom and shops. The staff members were all very amiable and thoughtful. The rooms themselves were a nice size with smart television.

The location was lovely and incredible, close to the trams, the pier and the great Orme, the pier and the beach in the lovely Victorian seaside resort of Llandudno, and the town centre. Didn't like when it was wet outside, went to Bibbins Rolled Ice Cream to relax and grab some food. Had excellent and fab meal in the dining room.

The breakfasts with salmon. Location: magnificent, next to the main strip with all the restaurants, the trams, the pier and the great Orme, and pier, seafront, tram and lots of restaurants. Again, not far from a Llandudno cable car.

Thanks for the pleasant stay with fantastic customer service at the heart. The hotel boasts central location close to all attractions the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. Also it is short walk to lots of restaurants as well as the great Orme tram, lovely fish and chip shop and a great pub.

It was a family-friendly hotel that covered all our needs. The staff were all efficient and thoughtful. Our accommodation was set in a central location just off tram stop, local bars and restaurant, prom and pier, town centre and tram and good pubs. It also was in a quiet area nestled under the Great Orme.
